Product of the Month

hi there...
just wanted to say if you have not seen our product of the month - well here it is.

I love these Lite-Concrete Troughs. Yes they are truly $50. for a 3ft planter. We always sell out when we run this SPECIAL because although I am a little bias, I believe these planters to be the BEST VALUE planters in Aus.

We literally sell hundreds of them - there's not a lot of money to be made at this price but it introduces people to our business and they ring up and find out what charming, wonderful guys & gals we are to deal with.

The planters are a mix of Concrete & Fibreglass and color wise - they resemble dry concrete. Some builders have painted them to match the render color. Great look as previously color coordinated planter boxes have been the domain of high end developments.

If you need a quick simple solution for your balcony or terrace - come in and grab some of these planters before we sell out again.

Speak soon.

P.s/ quite outstanding - I have managed 2 entries in 1 month (previous average 2 entries per year).

Home & Giving Show Feb 2011

Hi there, for all those people who saw us at the recent trade show up in Sydney...thanks for visiting our stand. As most people know, because of the size of our pieces we usually don't take a lot of items up to Sydney but this year we must have picked correctly as all of the items were strong sellers.

After the show, we drove back home down the
NSW South Coast. A journey that should take 2 days ended u
p taking us 4 days as we were absolutely blown away
at the beauty of some of these places.

Its very rare that Maggie & I get a chance at spending some quality time together so we had a great little break. A couple of the highlights for me were the towns of Berry & further down, Narooma. If you ever get the chance to visit these places, you will certainly not be disappointed. I have attached a few photos so you can share the view.

Our next Trade show is in August in our home town of Melbourne - we really
look forward to catching up with all of Exhibitor mates once again in August.

Work news - business as usual. We are extremely busy which is interesting for this time of the year. Most of me says I hope it continues this way right through to August but it would be nice for a small slow down so I can catch up on my paper paperwork ... and blogging !!!

Happy Gardening.

SALE TIME !!!

Hi there one and all, not sure why we are blogging whilst we have no followers - BUT Maxi believes this message is Important.

YES...we are having a SALE.

We only have a SALE once a year and the time is now. The reason it has started a bit later than normal is because we have all been in "Holiday mode" still. I believe we are probably being about 30% as productive as we were before Christmas.

Our sales are genuine reductions to grab quality Earthenware and Sculptures at drastically lower prices. There is nothing wrong with the goods BUT if any of you saw our warehouse - you would understand why we need to have a sale.

Our Melbourne Warehouse is so full that we have had to rent another warehouse close by to handle the overflow...we really need to get rid of some stock.

Come and see us - and don't forget to buy something at the same time.

See you all soon.

P.s/ watched Bondi Vet tonight and learnt that the berries from the Lyriope Plant (very common in Melb & Sydney Gardens) is extremely dangerous for dogs when digested.

Please take care - of yourselves and your animals.
